No-show policy
No-show appointments
Clients who have no-call, no-show appointments will be denied scheduling any future appointments at Velvet Nail Lounge, as well as be charged 100% of the quoted appointment cost. No exceptions.
Cancel for free up to 24 hours ahead, otherwise, you can be charged 75% of the service price for late cancellation or 100% for not showing up.
Any appointment that is late after 15 minutes of allotted appointment time will be considered as a NO CALL/NO SHOW and will be charged full amount of quoted price.
If you happen to be a few minutes late, please give us a call or a text.
Scheduling and confirmations
All new client appointments must be scheduled online, email, text or phone call. Once the appointment is scheduled clients are required to enter credit card information to finalize their appointment. If client does not enter card on file prior to appointment, card information will be added at time of your service.
Credit cards entered must be valid.
All credit card numbers are input and stored on a secure server, to which no staff member has access. The card on file is only to be used in the event of a late cancellation, or a no-show appointment, or to pay for service.
Holding a credit card on file does not pre-pay your future appointment. Payments are due at the time of your service.
All credit, debit card, ApplePay or AndroidPay payments are subject to a 3.5% service fee. If you would like to avoid this fee, we recommend you pay in cash.
Velvet Nail Lounge may cancel unconfirmed appointments without notice. If you are unable to confirm your appointment online, please reach out to us. Clients must confirm their appointments at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
Gift Card Policy
Gift card purchases are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE.
